Job Title: Dealer Acquisition Associate

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

As a Dealer Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and engaging both new and existing dealers. This role involves generating new leads for the dealer management department and following up with dealers to ensure exceptional customer service. You must possess strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills, and be well-versed in Cars45 products and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate cold calls and prospect for new dealers.

Provide quality service to new and existing dealers.

Answer inquiries about Cars45 products and services.

Update dealer information in the company database.

Manage and handle difficult conversations with dealers while maintaining the company’s reputation.

Exceed onboarding quotas and contribute to future sales.

Maintain accurate records of calls and dealer interactions.

Ensure continuous follow-up and engagement with dealers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.

1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales.

Knowledge of automobile products.

Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Job Summary

Requirements:

HND/B.Sc. in any discipline, with completed NYSC.

1-2 years of experience in sales.

Job Title: Inspection Officer

Locations: Ikotun, Surulere, Ketu, Festac (Lagos), Aba (Abia), Calabar (Cross River), Warri (Delta)

Job Summary

The Inspection Officer will be responsible for performing detailed inspections of various vehicles, including interior and exterior assessments and mechanical evaluations. You will communicate inspection results to customers, assisting them in negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

Use vehicle scanning tools to assess the condition of vehicles.

Inspect vehicle interiors, exteriors, engines, and other systems.

Conduct test drives for both manual and automatic transmissions.

Create inspection reports and assist in negotiations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Requirements:

HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (or relevant experience in vehicle diagnostics).

1-year experience in vehicle diagnosis or repair.

Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.

Knowledge of automobile repair and industry best practices.

Proficient with vehicle scanning equipment.

Strong communication skills.
