Job Description
The Lead, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the Airtel Africa Foundation’s FEED pillars—Financial Inclusion, Education, Environment, and Digital Inclusion. The role also oversees employee-driven sustainability initiatives under the Employee Volunteer Scheme, requiring visionary leadership to achieve measurable social impact while aligning CSR goals with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy:
Develop and implement an integrated CSR strategy supporting the Airtel Africa Foundation’s FEED pillars.
Align CSR objectives with the overall divisional strategy for impactful community engagement.
Develop and implement Employee Volunteer Scheme activities, fostering employee engagement through sustainability initiatives.
Sustainability Planning and Execution:
Create sustainable plans addressing community needs and benchmark against industry best practices.
Collaborate with communities for active participation in CSR projects.
Formulate strategic priorities for targeted communities.
Project Management:
Apply best practices in project management for efficient CSR program implementation.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet strategic goals.
Oversee infrastructure upgrades and liaise with stakeholders during procurement.
Organize necessary training programs and manage project risks.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with government bodies, NGOs, community leaders, and internal teams.
Represent Airtel Nigeria in external CSR forums and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for CSR and business alignment.
Serve as an internal and external CSR resource.
Ensure compliance with national policies and engage with host communities.
Work with HR and communications teams on employee involvement plans.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Implement metrics to monitor CSR effectiveness and conduct regular evaluations.
Provide periodic internal and external reports on CSR activities.
Monitor competitor CSR activities and maintain a database of development partners.
Qualifications
8–10 years of CSR or related experience, with 3 years in a managerial role.
Second-Class Lower Degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or related fields.
Master’s degree or professional certification in CSR or Sustainability is advantageous.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic thinker with high ethical standards and a passion for social development.

Job Title: Data Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities
Data and VAS Traffic Management:
Ensure accurate charging of data and VAS transactions, addressing incorrect charges.
Monitor data product billing and APN configurations.
Validate tariff configurations and incentive payments.
Reconcile billed transactions for data, voice, and SMS products.
Revenue Assurance:
Conduct revenue assurance tests and UAT for data-related services.
Monitor subscription rates and detect billing errors.
Review data usage trends for completeness in revenue reporting.
Establish controls and KPIs for data assurance savings.
Subscriber Account Management:
Manage controls for subscriber accounts, ensuring accuracy and identifying risks.
Monitor data usage and revenue from dedicated accounts.
Qualifications
6+ years in Telecommunications (Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management).
Bachelor of Science; MBA is a plus.
Proficiency in Oracle 10g (SQL/DB2) for data analysis.
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
