TERMS OF SERVICE, RANKMYTUBE

Welcome to RankMyTube (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may use the RankMyTube mobile application (“App”), available on the Google Play Store.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use this App.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

 

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Resell or commercially exploit the App

Use the App in any unlawful way

We may revoke this license if you violate these Terms.

 

3. Account Registration

Some features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Keep your login details secure

Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

 

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain premium features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store.

Available Plans:

Monthly SEO Boost: $5.50 per month

Yearly SEO Boost: $25.50 per year

Subscriptions:

Renew automatically unless canceled before renewal

Can be managed in your Google Play account settings

Are non-refundable for unused periods unless required by law

Prices may change in the future. Any changes will apply only to new subscriptions or future renewals.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of premium features.

 

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the App

Interfere with other users

Use automated bots or scraping tools

Violate any third-party rights

Violation of these rules may result in account termination.

 

6. YouTube Integration and Third-Party Services.

By creating your account on RANKMYTUBE App, you agree to comply with:

RANKMYTUBE is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

We only access data necessary to provide optimization insights and services. We do not control YouTube’s platform, policies, or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (including design, branding, software, and content) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your content (such as Contents generated), but you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely to provide and improve our services.

 

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App running smoothly. However, we do not guarantee:

Continuous availability

Error-free operation

That all features will always function without interruption

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

Accuracy of results

Growth of your YouTube channel

Specific performance outcomes

Use of the App is at your own risk.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of profits

Loss of data

Business interruptions

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.

 

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify RankMyTube against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

Your misuse of the App

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of third-party rights

 

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms

You misuse the App

Required by law

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from the use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If possible, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us before taking legal action.

15. Compliance with Local and International Laws

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.

As the App is operated from Nigeria, it is subject to Nigerian laws and regulations.

If you access the App from outside Nigeria, you are responsible for complying with local laws in your jurisdiction.
