Niay Group is a dynamic real estate organization operating across the United States and Nigeria, with a core focus on bulk real estate sales and distressed property markets.
Job Title: Telemarketer (Closer)
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Industry: Real Estate (U.S. Distressed Property Market)
Base Salary: ₦300,000 monthly
Performance Bonus: ₦500,000 – ₦1,000,000 per closed deal (depending on deal value)
Position Overview
Niay Group is expanding its sales operations and seeking highly motivated and result-oriented Telemarketers (Closers) to join its growing team.
This is a performance-driven role ideal for confident communicators who are persuasive, goal-focused, and eager to build a rewarding career in international real estate marketing.
Successful candidates will conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective property owners, investors, and buyers in the U.S. real estate market, using approved scripts and CRM systems to qualify leads and close deals in collaboration with the U.S.-based team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective sellers, buyers, or investors
- Engage and qualify leads using structured sales scripts and CRM tools
- Clearly communicate real estate offers and address client inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate call, lead, and conversion records
- Collaborate with the U.S. operations team on lead follow-ups
- Convert qualified prospects into sales opportunities
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales performance
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and persistence
Performance Expectation
- Each closer is expected to close at least one deal within four (4) weeks after training
- Consistent underperformance may lead to replacement through ACE Recruiters’ refill system
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or real estate calling is an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong English diction
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes and close deals
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, dialers, and VoIP tools
- Goal-driven, resilient, and confident in handling objections
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
