Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer to lead our online presence, engage with our community, drive brand awareness, and generate leads.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will work closely with leadership, sales, and service teams to ensure our digital channels reflect our mission of bringing “the joy of hearing” to as many people as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, customer retention).
- Plan, create, and schedule compelling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) — both organic and paid campaigns.
- Design engaging content (graphics, short videos, reels, stories, educational posts) showcasing hearing technology, services, testimonials, etc.
- Monitor, engage, and grow the online community; respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, optimization, and reporting.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions, ROI) and produce regular performance reports.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies for the website/blog to improve search visibility.
- Manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional campaigns, educational content).
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years, depending on seniority) in social media management or digital marketing — preferably in healthcare, tech, or retail.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content formats, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing software, etc.).
- Experience running paid social media ads (setup, monitoring, optimization).
- Strong writing and copywriting skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing tools, and digital performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian/Lagos digital consumer market is an advantage.
