Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and inventory management.

Monitor production timelines, stock levels, and workflow to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

Ensure the facility runs efficiently and reflects the brand’s standards.
Experience & Requirements
2–4 years experience in operations, logistics, or retail management (experience in fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industries is a plus).
Must be female (gender-specific role).
Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with Lagos logistics, delivery networks, and local vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
Ability to lead a team, resolve conflicts, and ensure service excellence.
Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Must be available to resume immediately.
