Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and share feedback.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales role, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Must Reside within Maitama and it’s Environs.
Must be willing to start working Immediately.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / month.
