Job Summary

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Location: Ilorin, Kwara State
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies for FX and cryptocurrency products
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC/AML requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Support the training and onboarding of new sales staff

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales within Fintech and/or Telecoms
• Strong understanding of FX trading, cryptocurrency products, and digital financial services
• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
• Target-driven with strong ethical and compliance orientation
