Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executiveat Mosaic Homes Limited in Abuja.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction within the real estate sector.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Executive in Real estate
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
A degree in Business management, Marketing, Real Estate or related fields
Must be able to work without supervision
Must have a sales track-record.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
