About Spiralyze
Spiralyze is a U.S.-based A/B testing company trusted by well-known brands including Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, CrowdStrike, NBA, Okta, Workday, and American Express Travel. Our mission is to help businesses transform more of their website traffic into revenue. With a global workforce of 180 full-time employees spread across over 20 countries, we are growing fast.
Our process starts with in-depth research to identify what’s holding back conversions. We turn these insights into high-performing designs, build new pages, and run A/B tests to validate results. We’re expanding and searching for talented individuals to be part of our team.
As a Designer, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our ideation team, transforming wireframes and insights into high-impact designs for A/B testing.

- Have a visually striking and adaptable design style: You consistently deliver your best work, stay ahead of design trends, and align with various client brand standards.
- Are a strong team player: You welcome collaboration, appreciate constructive feedback, communicate respectfully with both clients and teammates, advocate for great design, and stay focused on the shared mission.
Required Skills:
- UI-focused mindset: 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
- Strong UI design skills, with UX knowledge as a plus.
- Figma expert: Capable of creating design systems, style libraries, and developer handoff files.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive frameworks.
- Actively follow UI/UX trends.
- Available for a minimum of 4 hours’ overlap with EST (New York time).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
