Job Summary
We’re currently hiring a Remote AI Trainer who is detail-oriented and tech-inclined to support the development, improvement, and fine-tuning of our artificial intelligence models.
This position is ideal for someone with a passion for language, logic, and data quality.
Key Responsibilities of the Remote AI Trainer at Odixcity Consulting
- Generate, review, and organize high-quality training datasets for various AI and machine learning models.
- Annotate and label data across domains like natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and others.
- Assess AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and overall quality.
- Offer insights and suggestions for refining AI algorithms and improving model performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to ensure alignment.
- Monitor and report on model behavior, spotting any bias or recurring errors.
- Maintain data integrity by removing duplicates, fixing inconsistencies, and formatting data correctly.
- Develop guidelines and documentation for annotation and training workflows.
- Stay informed on the latest developments in AI and machine learning to continuously enhance the models.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Good understanding of AI concepts, machine learning workflows, or large language models (LLMs).
- Prior experience using data labeling or annotation tools.
- Familiarity with training AI assistants, chatbots, or LLM-based systems.
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
- Multilingual ability or subject matter expertise is a plus.
