Job Brief
MacTay Consulting is hiring Customer Service Officers (Call Center)—smart, friendly, and solution-oriented individuals who can provide excellent customer support. In this role, you’ll interact with customers via phone, email, or live chat, resolving inquiries, sharing product information, addressing complaints, and assisting with account issues. You’ll be expected to follow company guidelines and aim to deliver a satisfying experience with every interaction.

To succeed as a Customer Service Officer (Call Center), you must be polite, proactive, and able to resolve issues efficiently. You’ll also need to meet key performance indicators such as call response times and customer satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Officer (Call Center), your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls regarding billing, services, and complaints.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Recommending suitable products or services based on customer needs.
- Accurately documenting each call, complaint, and resolution in the system.
- Adhering to company service standards and policies.
- Staying informed about the latest company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements and Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
