What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and implementation of a national B2B sales and distribution strategy for refined oil products.
  • Acquire, develop, and manage relationships with industrial buyers, food processors, hospitality chains, and major distributors.
  • Negotiate long-term supply agreements, optimise channel performance, and ensure smooth order-to-fulfillment delivery.
  • Drive measurable sales growth and profitability through data-driven planning, CRM insights, and effective execution.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and commercial finance teams to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing changes to support proactive commercial strategy.
  • Lead and mentor the B2B sales team to achieve strong market penetration, customer retention, and profitability.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years progressive sales leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing, with exposure to B2B and B2C channels.
  • Proven experience in key account management, trade marketing, and distributor partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, data interpretation, and strategic communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of route-to-market strategies, demand planning, and sales automation tools (CRM/SFA).
