1. Job Title: Deputy Manager, PRS (Risk Management)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead risk assessments and develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of risk management policies and procedures.
Conduct in-depth analyses of financial, operational, and strategic risks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders on risk-related issues.
Mentor and support the Risk Management team in achieving departmental goals.
Prepare and present detailed risk reports to executive leadership.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 9 years of experience in risk management or a related role.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Expertise in risk assessment tools and compliance standards.
Professional Certifications:
Certified Risk Manager (CRM)
Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
Certified in Information Security Management (CISM)

2. Job Title: Assistant Manager, PRS (Risk Management)

3. Job Title: Deputy Manager, ICT (Cybersecurity & AI Management)

Develop and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and AI frameworks.
Oversee the implementation of advanced threat detection and prevention systems.
Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of AI-driven solutions for business processes.

4. Job Title: Assistant Manager, Tax (Investigation)
Job Reference Number: TI-1
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise officers responsible for assessing small companies, individual businesses, partnerships, estates, and trusts.
Conduct inquiries into the affairs of small companies.
Follow up on disputed cases through appeal procedures.
Conduct on-the-job training for Tax Officers.
Examine tax returns and raise additional assessments where necessary.
Ensure uniform application of tax laws, regulations, and circulars.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree / HND and Master’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Forensic Accounting, or related fields.

Review tax computations and notices of assessment.
Ensure prompt payment of additional assessments raised during audits.
Supervise and review periodic activity reports for accuracy.

A Bachelor’s Degree / HND and Master’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Forensic Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in government, international organizations, or private firms in a similar role.
Possess professional certifications such as CITN, ICAN, ACCA, ACA, or ANAN.
Additional certifications like CISA, CAP, or AFIA are an advantage.

Conduct field tax audit
Reconciliation with taxpayer and collection of additional tax audit assessment.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree / HND and Master’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Forensic Accounting, Financial Management, Public Finance and relevant fields
Minimum Fifteen (15) years relevant experience in a Government, international organization or private firm in a similar role.
Possess any of the following professional certificates or their recognized equivalents

Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN)
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
