Job Title: Customer Sales Representative

  • Location: Nigeria
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation & Conversion: Drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Up-selling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products to customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and surpass monthly and yearly sales goals.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Source potential customers via cold calls, messages, and referrals to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Handle incoming calls through the 3cx phone system.
  • Recommend products based on customer inquiries and skin concerns, providing clear usage instructions.
  • Accurately document customer orders using the Order Taking Form and forward them to the Orders Department for processing.
  • Respond to WhatsApp and Instagram messages, and update WhatsApp status daily with available products.
  • Complete the Notify Me form for out-of-stock items and forward it to the Client Retention Department, Client Success Supervisor, and Inventory Department.
  • Process refund requests and escalate where necessary.
  • Follow up on orders to ensure timely dispatch to customers.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
  • Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
  • Redirect calls to Stores Department when necessary.
  • Ensure proper client interaction by greeting them, introducing yourself, and collecting relevant details.
  • Follow up on previously placed orders.
  • Submit a daily sales report to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers in person and over the phone.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s skincare products to guide customers effectively.
  • Sales Achievement: Proactively promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage.
  • Well-groomed and presentable.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Job Title: Retail Team Supervisor

  • Location: Nigeria

Job Description:

As a Retail Team Supervisor, you will oversee and manage a retail team, ensuring seamless operations in both the call center and physical store. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, enhancing customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular check-ins every 2 hours with the call center sales team to monitor performance.
  • Confirm that all store locations have their phones switched on and ready to receive calls between 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
  • Track daily sales performance across all channels.
  • Prepare and document weekly sales reports for management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the conversion rate of the call center, tracking individual team performance.
  • Listen to recorded customer calls via the 3cx system for quality assurance.
  • Supervise interactions on Instagram, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Ensure the Media Department is on schedule for content creation, including reviews and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with Mr. Javatech to fix system-related issues and update the website during promotional sales.
  • Develop sales strategies to boost revenue and market expansion.
  • Oversee staff shifts and ensure all retail locations are well-staffed.
  • Work closely with key departments to optimize retail operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Guarantee all customer inquiries are responded to within 24 hours.
  • Ensure all sales representatives are well-trained and confident in their roles.
  • Report any malfunctioning electronic devices to the Operations Manager.
  • Communicate price changes and promotional updates to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • HND / B.Sc. in a relevant field.
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in a similar role.
