We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Sales Capability Manager
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Design and implement sales training strategies to enhance team performance.
Identify skill gaps and provide tailored training programs.
Establish performance metrics and evaluate training effectiveness.
Promote continuous learning through workshops and resources.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in sales training, preferably in FMCG.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

2. Key Account Officer
