Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Proposal Writer with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills, an analytical mindset, and experience crafting compelling proposals for technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, draft, and refine high-quality technical proposals, RFP responses, and business documents.
- Work closely with technical teams, sales, and leadership to understand project requirements and develop persuasive proposals.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging narratives tailored to client needs.
- Analyze RFPs and client requirements to develop structured, strategic, and competitive responses.
- Ensure all proposals align with company goals, client expectations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to refine technical content and ensure accuracy.
- Manage and maintain a proposal content library for efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field OR significant experience in a tech-focused proposal writing role.
- Experience: 3–5 years in proposal writing, technical documentation, or business development in a tech company, agency, or consulting firm.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical concepts effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Collaboration & Initiative: Self-motivated, capable of working independently and within a fast-paced team environment.
