We are currently recruiting for the following positions:


1. Product Manager

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role

The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, and marketing—to drive product development and enhancement. The role requires aligning products with customer needs, industry trends, and business objectives while ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Develop and prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights for informed decision-making.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
  • Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Enhance user experience through regular updates and exceptional support.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in product management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Aha!, etc.
  • Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with lending platforms or financial services products.
  • Knowledge of web, mobile, and backend technologies.
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian fintech ecosystem and regulatory landscape.
  • Passion for innovation and user-centric design.

Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.

2. Digital Marketer

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to enhance our online presence and drive growth through innovative strategies. This role is crucial in increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and maximizing conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Create and manage engaging content across websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Optimize websites and landing pages for SEO to boost organic traffic.
  • Manage and optimize online ad campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting) for lead generation.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategy refinement.
  • Work with sales, media, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, fintech industry developments, and new technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM software).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
  • Creative, problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.

3. Deputy, People and Culture

Location: Nigeria

Job Role

We are looking for a strategic Deputy, People and Culture professional to drive performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives. This role supports the People and Culture Lead in fostering a high-performance work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement performance management frameworks aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and track KPIs for employees and teams.
  • Oversee performance appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback cycles.
  • Train managers and employees on performance management best practices.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Develop career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Lead strategies for employee motivation, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct engagement surveys and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure HR policy compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, talent management, or organizational development.

Salary: N4,200,000 – N4,800,000 per annum.

4. Territory Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja & Lagos
