On April 8, 2016, Paras Energy became the 27th company to supply power to the Nigerian National Grid and the first privately-owned company to do so under a bilateral agreement with customers.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions:

 

Job Title: Automobile Mechanical Technician

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical repairs, maintenance, and servicing of vehicles and equipment within the CNG conversion plant.

Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues related to CNG systems.

Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines during vehicle servicing.

Maintain records of repair and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess SSCE, ND, or NCE in a relevant field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience working in a CNG conversion plant with in-depth knowledge of its operations.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose mechanical faults.

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – Gas Engine Generator

Location: Ogijo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems in gas engine generators.

Oversee the operation of additional systems such as pipelines, pressure pipes, ACMVs, lube oil systems, and coolant pumps.

Supervise commissioning and installation of new mechanical equipment.

Monitor mechanical system performance and propose improvement measures.

Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.

Requirements:

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

At least 4 years of experience working with gas engine generators such as Wartsila, Jenbacher, or Cummins.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all site construction activities, including daily work planning and coordination.

Perform marking, leveling, and surveying at construction sites.

Ensure quality and timely delivery of work by liaising with contractors and vendors.

Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Requirements:

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Site Civil Engineer in Building, Industrial, or Infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
