Recruitment at National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA)
The National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA) is the foremost professional body for supervising and regulating the credit management profession in Nigeria. Established in 1992 as the “Institute of Credit Administration (ICA)” and chartered by the Act of Parliament No. 26 of 2022, NICA serves as a prestigious body for credit management elites, business leaders, and credit-using entrepreneurs. It acts as a Supervisory Authority to enhance, promote, and protect the interests of business credit providers while consulting with government and other stakeholders on matters related to credit management.
We are currently recruiting qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. Job Title: Membership Drive and Services Operation
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Manage the membership drive team and ensure operations are fair and courteous.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets through recruitment strategies for NICA membership.
Handle all membership-related correspondences and inquiries.
Develop strategies for the growth and expansion of the membership program.
Prepare and present performance reports for management.
Perform additional tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
3–5 years of supervisory experience.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary: N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.

Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and draft reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.

3. Job Title: IT Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
Configure and maintain devices, monitor system performance, and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
Requirements:
BSc in Information Technology with 2+ years of experience.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or cybersecurity qualifications are a plus.
Salary: N200,000 monthly (gross).

Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
