1. Junior Finance Officer
Location: Nigeria

Job Summary
The Junior Finance Officer will support the finance team in managing accounting records, financial transactions, and reporting. This position is suitable for fresh graduates with a degree in Accounting or Finance who have completed their NYSC and are pursuing or have completed their ICAN certification.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Record and maintain financial transactions per accounting principles.
Support accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in tax computations, filings, and compliance.
Participate in financial audits and provide documentation.
Support cost analysis and forecasting for decision-making.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to internal controls.
Collaborate with departments to align finances with business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Completion of NYSC (0-1 year experience).
ICAN certification in progress or completed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) is an advantage.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Interest in sustainability and the renewable energy sector is a plus.

2. Business Analyst
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams. This role also involves recommending process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and workflows.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Present findings and project updates to stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Train users on delivered solutions.
Identify and implement process optimizations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: N550,000 – N700,000 monthly.

3. State Manager

Job Purpose

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Social Sciences (MBA is a plus).
8-10 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Experience in multi-level marketing or the energy sector is advantageous.
Proven track record in sales and distributor account management.
