Job Title: Creative Designer

About the Role

The Creative Designer is a multidisciplinary role responsible for executing high-quality creative work across branding, digital campaigns, UI/UX, and Motion Design.
This position requires a versatile designer capable of taking projects from ideation to execution—thinking strategically, designing with precision, and adapting content for multiple formats and platforms.

You will collaborate with the creative, strategy, marketing, and development teams to deliver visually compelling and conversion-driven assets for clients and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Branding & visual identity design; UI design for websites and apps.
  • Execute existing brand systems across digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Create brand toolkits and scalable visual styles.
  • Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements (Content & Campaign Skills)

  • B.Sc Degree with at least 4 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and basic motion design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
  • Strong aesthetic sense, typography skills, color theory, and layout design.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and motion graphics (added advantage).
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with teams and clients.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience using Zoho Workplace.
