We are currently recruiting to fill the following positions:
1. Job Title: Sales Manager & Partnerships Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead enterprise client acquisition and partnership development, with a focus on the UK and other English-speaking markets. The ideal candidate is an experienced outsourcing professional with expertise in digital B2B sales and the ability to build and convert a global pipeline.
This role requires strategic leadership, partnership building, and tech-driven sales execution to expand the company’s international presence, particularly in the hospitality and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable global sales strategy, targeting UK markets.
- Use digital platforms (LinkedIn, CRM tools, B2B marketplaces, email automation) to build pipelines and convert enterprise leads.
- Mentor and lead the sales/business development teams, establishing growth-focused KPIs.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage long-term partnerships with hospitality, tech companies, and outsourcing aggregators.
- Enhance brand presence via webinars, online events, client demos, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate across sales, operations, and client success teams to ensure client alignment.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts across BPO verticals.
- Leverage data to optimize pipeline and improve sales execution.
- Represent the company at global industry events.
- Provide executive-level reporting on forecasts, conversions, and market performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 7 years’ experience in enterprise sales/partnerships (3+ in BPO/outsourcing).
- Proven success acquiring global clients digitally.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills for international audiences.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification (desirable).

- Strong track record in UK/English-speaking markets.
- Skilled in partnerships, joint ventures, and channel alliances.

Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦800,000 monthly
