We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
1. Treasury Associate

Job Purpose
- Ensure timely reporting on daily cash positions for efficient fund utilization.
- Monitor and coordinate the organization’s banking transactions and activities.
Key Responsibilities
Managing Cash Assets
- Prepare daily cash position reports.
- Monitor and track investment placements, including interest and rollovers.
- Review imprest systems and verify daily sales lodgments.
- Vet supplier payments, ensuring all invoices are in order.
- Maintain updated cash positions for management’s liquidity planning.
Treasury Advisory
- Advise management on utilizing surplus funds.
- Evaluate fiscal decisions and recommend the best financial strategies.
- Analyze risks and rewards of financial actions, ensuring management is aware of potential alternatives.
- Recommend fixed cash investments for higher returns in cases of surplus funds.
Bank Oversight
- Monitor daily bank balances to avoid issuing payments from unfunded accounts.
- Manage POS terminals and liaise with bank officials.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of all treasury transactions.
- Confirm and verify bank charges, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Key Performance Indicators
- Timely provision of daily cash reports and bank reconciliations.
- Accuracy in forecasting investment income.
- Compliance with internal control measures, particularly in payment processes.
Job Requirements
- Education: First Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a treasury or financial role.
- Certifications: Membership in CTP, ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or any related professional qualification.

2. IT Officer

Job Objective
- Design, analyze, and implement efficient IT systems.
- Gather end-user feedback for continuous system and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Field Operations
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and repair IT infrastructure (software & hardware).
- Provide IT support for field locations, stores, and head office operations.
System Administration & Development
- Analyze business requirements and design efficient IT systems.
- Coordinate with developers to implement technology solutions.
- Integrate multiple systems and reconcile team needs.

- System uptime/downtime rates.

Job Requirements
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in IT support, preferably in QSR/FMCG.
- Certifications: Membership in CISCO or related IT professional bodies is an advantage.

3. QEHS Associate

Job Purpose
- Ensure strict compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

6. Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Manager

Job Purpose
The Environmental Sustainability Manager will develop and oversee Food Concepts Plc’s environmental sustainability initiatives and green housekeeping programs. This role is responsible for driving efficiencies in utility consumption while ensuring compliance with relevant environmental regulations and sustainability best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Implementation:
- Identify opportunities for advancing the company’s environmental sustainability and climate change initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of the Sustainability Action Plan in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with relevant environmental laws and regulations.
- Implement strategic quality assurance measures to support sustainability goals.
- Audit operational processes to identify environmental impact areas and recommend improvements.
- Investigate quality complaints and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement systems for compiling, analyzing, and presenting sustainability-related data.
Quality Standards & Compliance:
- Maintain and update technical documents related to environmental sustainability.

Job Requirements
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Natural/Physical Sciences, Environmental Science, or Manufacturing Management.
- Master’s Degree in an environmental-related field is an advantage.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, ISO 14000, Quality Engineering, or Quality Auditing are highly desirable.
Experience:
- 4–5 years of experience in a production environment or a similar role.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of environmental policies, regulations, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Proficiency in safety and environmental standards, including food safety, fire safety, and occupational health.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and statistical methods.

7. Job Title: Property Acquisition Associate
