1. Compliance Techniques and Standards Officer

Responsibilities
- Support the Team Lead, Techniques, and Standards in developing compliance processes and ensuring they align with team actions.
- Identify issues requiring improvement and recommend remedial actions, tracking them to completion.
- Monitor and report on compliance action plans, assessing their adequacy in managing compliance risks.
- Escalate findings to the Head, Techniques, and Standards.
- Assist in investigations as required.
- Conduct periodic reviews and updates of Compliance QAR policies and procedures.
- Analyze and present information for management decision-making.
- Drive change and improvement in compliance performance.
Requirements
- First Degree (or equivalent) in Law, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or related areas within the financial services sector.

2. Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking

- Book quality assets and ensure proactive portfolio monitoring.
- Support the Business Manager in executing team functions.
- Drive deposit mobilization and trade transactions.
- Deliver top-tier customer service.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, offering specialized financial solutions.
- Assist in preparing transaction memos and financial background reports.
- Structure credits in line with business potentials.
- Deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Win new accounts and reactivate dormant ones.
- Market the bank’s products and initiate new product development to meet customer needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: First Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, preferably business-related.
- Additional Advantage: Higher Degrees and relevant professional certifications.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in banking, marketing, and credit-related roles.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of business environments, credit/risk management, and banking policies.
- Negotiation, relationship management, analytical, and deal structuring skills.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), financial analysis, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong IT and computer proficiency.
