1. Senior Growth Manager
Location: Nigeria (Remote)

Job Description

As the Senior Growth Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving FairMoney’s growth in Nigeria’s banking and lending sectors. You will lead the customer acquisition strategy using Paid Social, SEO, PPC, Affiliates, and Display channels. Working closely with Product, CRM, and Operations teams, your goal will be to maximize new user conversions and achieve key growth metrics. This role plays a vital part in shaping FairMoney’s market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop and execute growth strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
– Manage digital channels and optimize campaigns to ensure strong ROI.
– Design and implement customer acquisition strategies based on specific channels and segments.
– Collaborate with external agencies to meet acquisition goals.
– Establish processes for marketing operations and campaign execution.
– Monitor key growth metrics, enhance performance, and implement A/B testing.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product and operational goals.
– Provide regular reports on KPIs and performance metrics.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
– Proven success in digital customer acquisition and marketing budget management.
– Strong analytical skills and experience with digital channels such as SEO, PPC, and mobile marketing.
– Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
– Passionate about driving growth and customer success.

2. Senior Financial Modelling & Variance Analyst
Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

As a Senior Financial Modelling & Variance Analyst, you will play a key role in providing financial insights that drive FairMoney’s decision-making. You will track and analyze variances between actuals and forecasts across products, conduct liquidity analyses, and assist in maintaining forecasting models. Your work will directly contribute to improving budget accuracy and optimizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
– Analyze variances between actual performance and forecasts, reporting on driving factors.
– Build and maintain dashboards to visualize financial trends.
– Conduct weekly and monthly liquidity analyses, forecasting cash flows and mitigating liquidity risks.
– Maintain and adjust forecasting models to ensure accuracy.
– Assist in budgeting processes and provide recommendations for improving financial efficiency.
– Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decisions.
– Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Science, or Engineering.
– Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB, and strong SQL skills.
– Advanced Excel skills, especially in financial modeling.
– Strong understanding of banking, business models, and financial analysis.
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

3. Data Scientist
Location: Remote (within 3-hour time difference from CET)
Job Type: Contract (Permanent or B2B)

Job Description

As a Data Scientist at FairMoney, your mission is to leverage data-driven algorithms to improve key business decisions in areas such as risk management and debt collection. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for data optimization and use predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
– Work with stakeholders to identify business opportunities driven by data insights.
– Analyze company and external data sources to optimize risk strategies, marketing techniques, and product development.
– Use predictive modeling to improve customer experience, revenue generation, and business outcomes.
– Develop tools and processes to monitor model performance and data quality.
– Apply advanced statistical techniques to derive actionable insights.
– Own end-to-end data science projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation.

Requirements
– Strong background in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or Computer Science.
– 5+ years of experience in analytics, data mining, and predictive modeling, ideally in fintech.
– Proficient in Python and SQL with hands-on experience in handling large datasets.
– Expertise in machine learning algorithms (GBM, Random Forest, Logistic Regression).
– Experience with A/B testing and designing data-driven business solutions.
– Strong focus on business impact and practical application of data science.
