1. Job Title: Project Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a smart and proactive Project Assistant to join our team and support the implementation of off-grid solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

Priority will be given to candidates with experience in off-grid solar projects.

Experience in microgrid projects or solar home system (SHS) subsidy programs is highly desirable.

Demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong team spirit.

Proficient in computer use and preparing tender documents.

Qualifications

Graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related electrical technology fields.

Minimum of 2 years of practical experience as an aftersales engineer or officer in a solar company.

Must reside within proximity to Ojodu, Ikeja, Ogba, Ojota, Ketu, or Agege.

Skills

Expertise in designing, installing, and maintaining off-grid solar systems.

Strong project management and communication abilities.

Effective problem-solving skills for on-site challenges.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee inventory and storage organization.

Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.

Maintain records and use reports to monitor warehouse status.

Identify and implement improvements in warehouse operations.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics for solar products.

Qualifications/Experience

B.Sc. in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain.

Strong supervisory and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Skills

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Strong critical-thinking and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Assist in staff onboarding processes.

Coordinate and manage junior staff.

Support recruitment and policy implementation efforts.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences.

Ensure compliance with labor laws.

Requirements/Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Proven experience as an HR Assistant (minimum 1 year).

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular).

Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Aftersales Officer with expertise in solar systems.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct product repairs, testing, and maintenance.

Analyze and resolve circuit faults using electronic diagrams.

Perform soldering tasks for hardware replacements.

Address customer issues and provide technical support.

Install solar panels and resolve inverter-related problems.

Support on-grid and off-grid solar installations.

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields.

Minimum of 2 years of aftersales experience in the solar industry.

Reside close to Ojodu, Ikeja, Ogba, Ojota, Ketu, or Agege.

Skilled in soldering, circuit analysis, and problem-solving.

Salary: Negotiable
