Job Description
Bancor Property Services is seeking a proactive, technically sound, and highly organized Property & Facility Maintenance Officer to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits across assigned properties
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repairs
- Supervise third-party contractors and artisans to ensure quality and value
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Serve as the primary contact for maintenance-related tenant inquiries
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inventory, and expenditure reports
Requirements
- Education: HND or Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management or a related field
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on facility management experience in Lagos
- Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office or facility management software
- Attributes: High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
