Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced organization.
- Prior experience supporting Commercial & Procurement teams is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws.
- Background in payroll and data management.
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation management.
- Proven experience managing remote or distributed sales teams.
