Job Title: Relationship Officer
Locations: Gwagwalada, Karu & Suleja – Abuja (FCT), Omu Aran, Ilorin & Offa – Kwara, Kano and Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers for loan disbursement.
Verify customers’ businesses and take inventory to determine appropriate loan amounts.
Ensure timely collection of loan repayments.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
Communicate effectively with clients and provide financial guidance as needed.
Engage in sales activities to meet or exceed assigned targets.
Deliver outstanding customer service daily.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years work experience.
Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Communication.
Competence in Finance and Sales with proven success in achieving targets.
Expertise in Customer Service with a passion for addressing client needs.
Excellent Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in the microfinance or banking sector is a plus.
Navigate via Smart Phones
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
