1. JOB TITLE: RECRUITMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Reports To: Lead Consultant

JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruitment and Administrative Officer is responible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process of talents and intemational students, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the office.
The role involves talent acquisition onboarding, clent support, adminstrative coordination, and record keeping, with a special focus on aligning recruitment strategies with the unique demands of our education institutiors & partners.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
– Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
– Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop fallotted recruitment strategies.
– Draft and paste job adverts on appropriate platforms, ensuring alignment with the job specifications
– Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule inferviews
– Conduct initial condidate assessment, background checks, and reference verifications Maintain a database of qualified candidates and talent pipelines for future heing need Prepare offer lettors, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
*Administrative Support:*
– Provide daily administrative support including handling phone cals, emails corespondence and documentation
– Manage and update intemal HR and client records (physical and electronic).
– Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops and seminars for clients and internal staff.
– Support the preparation of proposals, client presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
– Act as a lipson between candidates and clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
– Support client onboarding and engagement processes, ensuring documentation and service level agreements are in place.
– Address inquiries from clients and candidates with professionalism and timeliness.
– Compliance & Reporting
– Ensure adherence to recruitment and HR best practices in line with labor laws and industry regulations.
– Assist with audits, intermal policy enforcement, and compliance documentation
– Generate periodic recruitment and administrative performance reports.
*REQUIREMENTS*
*Education & Experience:*
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, MasSS Communication or a related field.
– Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, administration, human resources or a similar role
– preferably within a consulting or educational environment.
*Skills & Competencies:*
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g.. Linkedin Recruiter).
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Client-focused mindset and professional demeanour.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

*Job Description*
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Outreach Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and establishing partnerships with local businesses (restaurants, tour operators, cafes, activity providers, etc.) using a modern, tool-driven outreach process.
This is a fully remote and flexible role, perfect for a self-starter who excels at managing digital outreach campaigns and is motivated by clear, achievable targets.
*Key Responsibilities*
– Lead Generation: Utilize prospecting tools, specifically Google Chrome extension scrapers, to efficiently identify and extract contact information for potential partners.
– Outreach Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize high-volume cold email campaigns using outreach platforms like Instantly .ai. You will be responsible for the entire process, from campaign setup to A/B testing subject lines and personalizing email copy.
– Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential partners, professionally handling all email correspondence, answering queries, and nurturing leads generated from your campaigns.
– Partnership Onboarding: Guide interested businesses through our simple partnership process to successfully establish a “deal” or offer for our community members.
– Performance Tracking: Meticulously track and report on your daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including:
●Number of outreach emails sent.
●Open rates, response rates, and other campaign metrics.
●Number of new partnerships established.
*Who We’re Looking For*
An Exceptional Communicator: You have outstanding written English skills and can write professional, persuasive, and friendly emails that get responses.
A Self-Starter: You are highly disciplined and self-motivated, capable of managing your own schedule and working independently to meet daily and weekly goals.
Experienced with Outreach Tools:You have hands-on experience with:
●Email Sending Platforms (e.g., Instantly .ai, Lemlist, Mailshake): You must be able to set up campaigns, manage leads, and analyze performance data.
●Web Scraping Tools: You are comfortable using Google Chrome extensions or similar tools for lead prospecting and data extraction.
Results-Oriented: You are driven by performance and motivated by a compensation structure that rewards your direct impact on our partnership goals.
●Organized & Analytical: You can efficiently manage a large pipeline of leads and use data from your campaigns to make informed decisions.
*Compensation & Benefits:*
Salary: 100,000 NGN per month + 1300 Naira per partnership •Performance bonus for first 100 partners then 700 Naira
