Hiring: Social Media Assistant / AI Content Creator

Location:   Remote
*Job Type:* Part-Time (5 hours/day, Monday–Friday)

Compensation
• Base Salary: ₦120,000/month
• Performance Bonuses: 5% of transactions from Dubrovnik Qonnect (₦700 per paying member)
• Note: Bonuses are team-based, tied to growth & engagement.

Job Description
Create smart, AI-powered content to grow a travel community. Use AI tools to craft posts, engage travelers, and drive revenue. You’ll plan content, execute independently, and collaborate with the Community Manager.
Goal: Turn social media into a growth engine.

Key Responsibilities
1. AI Content Creation: Use ChatGPT, DALL·E, ElevenLabs, GenSpark to make 80% of posts (Q&A, community topics).
2. Strategy: Plan monthly calendar, track performance, adjust using analytics.
3. Branding: Keep content on-brand; design flyers/ads with Canva or CapCut.
4. Collaboration: Work daily with Community Manager; plan campaigns.
5. Trends: Add viral travel trends; monitor engagement.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
• Tech-Savvy: Skilled in Canva, CapCut, AI tools.
• Independent: Can manage strategy, content, and performance solo.
• Community-Driven: Loves travel, culture, and digital communities.
• Available: Can coordinate live with the Community Manager.
• Experienced: Has a portfolio (even personal projects work).
