About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and is looking to build or advance a career in customer support.
The ideal candidate will have between 0β3 years of relevant experience and a strong command of communication, problem solving, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
– Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
– Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
– Log interactions, track issues, and follow up to ensure resolution.
– Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide feedback to the team.
– Collaborate with internal departments to address and escalate complex customer issues.
– Uphold a high standard of communication and professionalism in every customer interaction.
Requirements:
– 0β3 years of customer service or client facing experience (internships and NYSC experience count).
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) is a plus.
– A stable internet connection and a quiet working environment are required.
