Job Title: Performance Marketer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hotjar, and Mixpanel to track and enhance campaign performance.
• Improve conversion rates (CRO) for landing pages and ad funnels.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop high-performing ads.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, insights, and strategies for growth.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven track record in running high-ROI paid digital campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Strong expertise in audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Creative thinking skills for developing engaging ad creatives and messaging.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Optimize mobile apps for higher visibility on Google Play Store and Apple App Store (ASO).
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits.
• Enhance website and app content by optimizing meta tags, descriptions, headlines, and keywords.
• Implement and manage link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO/ASO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and App Store Analytics.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in SEO & ASO.
• Proven track record of increasing rankings, traffic, and app visibility.
• Strong knowledge of Google & App Store ranking algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Ability to develop and execute both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Understanding of app indexing, keyword density, and mobile-first indexing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive optimization strategies.

As the Video Content Creator & Host at Presto HQ, you’ll be the face and voice of our digital content, producing engaging and high-quality video content for multiple platforms. From promotional videos and social media content to live interactive sessions, you’ll play a pivotal role in building brand awareness and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-camera personality for Presto’s video content, including ads, social media clips, and educational materials.
• Develop, script, and present engaging and interactive video content.
• Represent Presto across digital platforms, including Instagram, X, TikTok, and others.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create trend-driven and viral content.
• Engage with the audience through live Q&A sessions, interactive discussions, and community engagement activities.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong on-camera presence—you should be confident, engaging, and natural in front of the camera.
• Creative storytelling abilities to develop, script, and deliver compelling content.
• Social media expertise, with experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Trend awareness & high energy, with the ability to identify and leverage viral trends.
• Excellent communication skills—ability to educate, entertain, and engage audiences effectively.
