Executive Escalation Analyst III at Coinbase

Coinbase is building an open financial system for the world. We are hiring an Executive Escalation Analyst III to handle high-impact customer escalations and deliver a seamless, executive-level support experience.

 

What you’ll do

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the executive escalations program
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues
  • Serve as a senior escalation point across Customer Experience
  • Communicate clearly with executives, Product, Legal, and other key stakeholders
  • Represent the voice of the customer to help drive process and policy improvements

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in escalation management or customer support
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working defined shifts, including weekends
  • Fluent in English and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have: Experience in crypto or financial services, as well as a background in project management or analytics.
