Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Officer to join our healthcare team in Ibadan. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry and management across various systems to support inventory, clinical, and administrative reporting functions.
Responsibilities of the Data Entry Officer at Medbury Medical Services
- Accurately input and update data in spreadsheets, inventory platforms, and healthcare systems.
- Detect and correct data errors to maintain clean and organized records.
- Collaborate with the inventory, procurement, and admin departments to gather and enter essential data.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports for operational insights and team evaluations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential data responsibly, in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with administrative documentation, filing, and digital archiving.
Qualifications
- OND, HND, or BSc in Computer Science, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or NGO environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail, fast typing ability, and excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
