The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing social media accounts, responding to leads, selling products or services, and tracking sales using spreadsheets. This position is full-time and provides opportunities for professional growth, upward mobility, and increased earnings based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 1–2 social media accounts.

Respond to leads promptly and convert them into sales.

Track and record sales accurately.

Work during designated shifts: 4 PM – 2 AM or 2 AM – 12 PM EST.
