Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Oyo

Job Summary

The Corporate Sales Executives will be responsible for acquiring high-net-worth clients, generating and qualifying sales leads, and closing deals within specified timelines.

The role requires strong expertise in the HMO or Insurance sector, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new high-net-worth accounts
  • Prospect daily for new business opportunities using industry networks and market insights
  • Generate and qualify high-quality sales leads
  • Conduct initial assessments to determine client suitability
  • Follow up on qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Effectively communicate value propositions to influence client decisions
  • Use market intelligence to shape sales strategies and positioning
  • Manage the full sales cycle and ensure timely deal closure

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science discipline or related field
  • 3 – 8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Sales (preferably within the HMO sector)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to deliver persuasive and professional client presentations
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-selling and revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to maintain long-term client relationships
  • Solid understanding of HMO sales dynamics and regulatory environment
