We’re looking for Call Center Agents to join our vibrant customer service department!
About the Role
We are in search of enthusiastic, driven, and articulate individuals who can deliver top-notch support services to our clients.
As a Call Center Agent, you will act as the key link between the company and its customers—responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience via telephone communication.
This position is ideal for individuals who perform well in fast-paced environments and are eager to utilize their multilingual abilities to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Communicate fluently in Efik, Ejagham, and English.
Keep accurate and current customer records.
Deliver excellent customer service by listening attentively, identifying customer needs, and offering timely solutions.
Collaborate with team members to meet service and performance targets.
Represent the company’s values while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Job Requirements
Location: Applicants must be based in Abuja.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Efik and/or Ejagham, as well as English.
Residency: Must live in or around Wuse 2, Mabushi, Jabi, Utako, Wuse 1, Jahi, or Gwarinpa.
Education: Minimum qualification of OND.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a cheerful, energetic disposition.
Ability to work well under pressure in a goal-oriented environment.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service position is a plus.
