Job Title: Management Trainee

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Igando – Lagos, Abia, Anambra, Benue, Delta, Edo, Enugu, Gombe, Kaduna, Kwara, Nasarawa, Oyo, Plateau, and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Management Trainee will participate in a structured training program designed to groom future leaders within the organization.

This role provides hands-on exposure across key functional areas, including sales and marketing, operations, supply chain, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and business development.

The trainee will support daily operations, analyze business data, assist with project execution, and contribute to process improvements, while gaining practical knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, adaptability, and a clear interest in building a career in pharmaceutical products.
