We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Ilesha, Osun State
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month
Job Description
The Account Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the organization’s accounting and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accounting records, journals, and ledgers
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts promptly
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory deductions
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulations
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support audit processes by providing required financial information
