1. Job Title: Head of Internal Control & Compliance (DICC)

Location: Nigeria

Summary of Responsibilities

Financial Risk:

Validate the accuracy of client information on subscription forms against ERP data.

Ensure KYC forms are completed and submitted by marketers and verified by SICCOs.

Conduct daily reconciliation of payments credited to customer accounts.

Confirm payment details for refund processing and ensure compliance with refund conditions.

Review and capture all financial details related to refund cases accurately.

Verify vendor receipts submitted for IOU retirement and ensure retirement is completed within 48 hours.

Review and approve expense vouchers, transaction call-overs, and financial documents.

Oversee regional financial accounts and petty cash utilization.

Reputational Risk:

Ensure uniformity and quality of promotional items across regions.

Implement a three-vendor policy to maintain cost efficiency.

Legal Risk:

Ensure vendors’ prices are reviewed by internal control before final approval.

Safety Risk:

Monitor compliance with safety standards, including fire drills, electrical safety, and asset coding.

ICT Security Compliance:

Confirm deactivation of exited staff access to ERP and other systems.

Ensure proper backup of data and maintenance of movement registers for external devices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 10–15 years of experience.

2. Job Title: Internal Audit & Investigation Officer / Manager

Location: Nigeria

Summary of Responsibilities

Execute audits as per the audit plan, ensuring quality and comprehensive reporting.

Audit all regions at least twice a year.

Deliver clear, concise audit reports with actionable recommendations.

Detect and escalate fraud cases promptly, ensuring prosecution when necessary.
