Outsource Point Limited is recruiting on behalf of a reputable organization in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector.
Job Summary
The Logistics Officer will coordinate the movement of goods, manage inventory distribution, and ensure timely delivery of supplies across outlets to support smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation and distribution of food items, materials, and supplies to outlets
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate documentation of stock transfers
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Track logistics costs and maintain delivery records for reporting and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling standards during transportation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain operations (QSR or retail experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and distribution processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory management systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
