Job Description

Vendaw is seeking a dynamic and results-driven mid-level Sales Representative to grow its customer base and improve customer retention. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, onboard new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential clients across various sectors including fashion, beauty, electronics, and more
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations highlighting Vendaw’s platform benefits
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new customer sign-ups

Customer Retention

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Engage regularly with existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high retention rates

Market Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Provide market and customer feedback to the product development team

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop customer acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Coordinate with customer support to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client support

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–4 years proven experience in sales, preferably within e-commerce or SaaS platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into actionable strategies
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
