1. Retail Shop Manager – All Locations

Job Description
The role is responsible for implementing and monitoring the Service Delivery strategy within assigned showrooms, ensuring customers enjoy a consistently positive in-store experience with complete resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Profitability & Stock Management

  • Monitor sales, cash flow, stock movement, petty cash, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Track and control stock movement within and outside the warehouse
  • Ensure availability of all Airtel products and services
  • Provide comprehensive showroom reports

Asset Management

  • Manage and maintain all showroom assets and equipment
  • Escalate facility issues for prompt resolution

Customer Experience

  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Maintain customer traffic database for feedback, upselling, and promotions

Query Resolution & SLA Management

  • Ensure agents have required tools and system access
  • Enforce adherence to showroom processes and SLAs
  • Resolve customer queries within approved turnaround times
  • Track and manage pending complaints

Reporting

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly showroom reports
  • ERC reconciliation reports

Qualifications & Requirements

  • First degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of customer management systems (REMEDY, TABS, MINSAT, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

2. Senior Business Manager – All Locations
