Sales Executive

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time
Reports To: Chief Sales Officer
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 / Month + commission structure

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s internet and networking solutions.
This role requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven sales track record.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential customers, including businesses, residential clients, and organizations needing internet and networking solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the ISP industry.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

Sales Process

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of the company’s services.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client satisfaction.
  • Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline and convert them into customers.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
  • Regularly update clients on new products, services, and promotions.

Sales Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance analysis, and market feedback.

Product Knowledge

  • Stay up to date with the company’s products, services, and pricing, as well as competitor offerings and industry developments.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on the best solutions for their internet and networking needs.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager, marketing team, and technical staff to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to strengthen knowledge and skills.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of internet and networking technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦100,000 / Month

Job Overview

The Office Assistant / Janitor is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and orderliness within the company’s facilities. This role is vital for maintaining a safe, hygienic, and comfortable work environment for employees and visitors.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clean, dust, and mop floors in offices, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Empty trash bins, dispose of waste properly, and replace liners.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors) and restock supplies.
  • Wipe and sanitize surfaces such as desks, tables, and countertops.
  • Wash windows, mirrors, and glass doors for a spotless appearance.
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs in offices, hallways, and common areas.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when stock runs low.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition and report any faults.
  • Follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., shampoo carpets, clean fixtures).
  • Report damages or maintenance issues to the manager.
  • Respond quickly to emergency cleaning needs (e.g., spills).

Skills & Competencies

  • SSCE qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant / Janitor preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
