1. Social Media Manager

Location: Must reside in Abuja

We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of our digital presence! If you’re creative, social-media savvy, and passionate about building online communities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management
✅ Design and schedule engaging posts (images, videos, reels, stories).
✅ Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) using tools like CapCut.
✅ Write compelling captions tailored to each platform’s audience.

2. Community & Customer Engagement
✅ Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions promptly.
✅ Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
✅ Build relationships with followers and influencers.

3. Strategy & Growth
✅ Develop and execute social media strategies to boost reach & engagement.
✅ Stay updated on trends and leverage them for viral content.
✅ Collaborate with marketing/product teams for campaigns.

4. Analytics & Reporting
✅ Track KPIs (followers, engagement, conversions).
✅ Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.

Requirements
👉 1-2 years of experience in social media management (portfolio required).
👉 Proficiency in CapCut (or similar video editing tools).
👉 Strong copywriting & storytelling skills.
👉 Knowledge of SEO & hashtag strategies.
👉 Expertise in Instagram, Twitter (X), and TikTok.

Bonus: Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

2. Admin Officer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Salary Range: NGN 400,000 (NET)

Can you act as an execution enabler to ensure strategic priorities are delivered efficiently and on schedule? Are you an agile and detail-oriented professional who thrives in cross-functional roles?

The Admin Officer plays a dynamic, cross-functional role that goes beyond traditional administration.

What You’ll Do:
• Support management in tracking, coordinating, and delivering high-priority, time-sensitive projects.
• Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; escalate risks or delays proactively.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and reports to support execution oversight.
• Provide administrative support across HR, Audit, Compliance, and Project teams as directed.
• Assist in the preparation and collation of reports, presentations, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate inter-departmental communication to ensure alignment and clarity on shared objectives.
• Assist the Compliance and Audit teams with data gathering, record keeping, and processing documentation.
• Track adherence to policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Ensure proper filing and retrieval of records for compliance purposes.
• Support HR with recruitment logistics, onboarding activities, training coordination, and employee engagement tasks.
• Assist in maintaining employee records, leave schedules, and performance monitoring trackers.
• Prepare minutes, follow-up action logs, and reports for management meetings.
• Ensure timely communication, scheduling, and coordination of management’s directives.
• Provide high-level secretarial support for executives when required.

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years’ experience in Administration, Project Coordination, or cross-functional business support.
• Prior exposure to HR, Compliance, Audit, or Project Management environments will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
• High attention to detail, with problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Professional and discretion and confidentiality in hoarding sensitive information.
