Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual who demonstrates the key traits needed to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing Hugo’s capability index, mapping talent strengths and gaps across internal teams and external talent pools, aligning insights with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the design and validation of impactful cognitive and workflow readiness assessments in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Coordinate workforce assessments and training cycles, managing logistics, communications, and scheduling.
  • Research industry benchmarks, assessment methodologies, and skill-building strategies to support team initiatives.
  • Maintain well-organized documentation of tools, project plans, and status updates via project management tools.

Must-Have Qualifications / Experience

  • Organization & Planning: Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail; can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; capable of cross-functional coordination.
  • Team Collaboration: A cooperative team player who is eager to support and learn.
  • Initiative: Demonstrates responsibility and follows through on tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic settings with shifting priorities.
  • Digital Literacy: Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new platforms.
  • Creativity: Strong ideation and prototyping skills with the ability to identify gaps and craft scalable solutions.

Preferred Background

  • 4+ years’ experience in an analyst or operations role.
  • Prior exposure to project coordination or training programs is an advantage.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

As Project Delivery Manager, CX Operations, you’ll co-lead a 500+ person data annotation team for a Fortune 100 client, ensuring delivery excellence and positive client outcomes.

Key Focus Areas:

Project Delivery

  • Design and implement operational frameworks for complex projects while ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements.
  • Track performance metrics and provide strategic insights for outcome optimization.

Workforce Management

  • Ensure adequate staffing and adherence to schedules with effective contingency planning.

Quality Control

  • Monitor and analyze errors to guide quality efforts.
  • Develop standardized documentation for consistency.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for client communication.
  • Promote team motivation, define goals, and collaborate with stakeholders on resource planning.

Requirements

  • Proven success in project management within startup or scaling environments.

Position: People Operations Lead

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

Core HR Operations

  • Handle HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, and employment changes.
  • Partner with Middle Managers to deliver interventions for entry-level and junior staff.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential employee records in line with labor laws.
  • Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance tasks.
  • Address HR queries using Zoho Helpdesk, ensuring SLA compliance.

Data, Systems & Process Optimization

  • Generate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Identify ways to automate or improve HR processes.
  • Maintain SOPs and contribute to knowledge bases.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus.
  • 4–6 years’ experience in HR or Administration.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using or exploring AI and automation in HR.
  • HR Certifications like SHRM, CIPM, or CIPD preferred.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong data analytics and quantitative skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills.
