Responsibilities of a Customer Care Representative

As part of Recore’s customer support team, you will:

  • Resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery
  • Maintain detailed records of customer complaints and resolutions

Requirements
