About Circuit Pointe

Circuit Pointe is a youth-led, non-profit organization founded in 2015 by a passionate young Nigerian woman inspired by the untold stories of oppressed women, abused teens, and victims of traditional practices. The organization is governed by a 3-member Board of Trustees and powered by a team of 40 vibrant volunteers aged between 18 and 35.


Position 1: Training and eLearning Content Developer

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Training and eLearning Content Developer to design, develop, and deliver interactive digital learning experiencesโ€”including micro-courses, workshops, and self-paced training modules. This role combines instructional design, product thinking, and multimedia content creation to deliver scalable, impactful learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Course & Content Development

  • Design engaging eLearning courses and blended programs tailored to client needs.
  • Convert complex subjects into structured learning journeys using models such as ADDIE and Bloomโ€™s Taxonomy.
  • Create course materialsโ€”modules, outlines, scripts, quizzes, and assessments.
  • Use tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc., for course development.
  • Ensure alignment with learning goals, brand standards, and accessibility.

Learning Productization

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams on naming, structuring, and packaging of training programs.
  • Adapt training for various industries, audiences, and formats (e.g., desktop, mobile, cohort-based).
  • Integrate content with LMS platforms (SCORM/xAPI compatibility).

Content Design & Multimedia

  • Produce visuals, motion graphics, and videos using Canva, Adobe Suite, or Camtasia.
  • Script and storyboard learning videos and animations for asynchronous delivery.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Track learner satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refine training content based on feedback and performance data.
  • Keep content updated and maintain version control across offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Instructional Design, HR, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 yearsโ€™ experience in training, facilitation, or instructional roles.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
  • Certification in instructional design (CPTM, ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with performance coaching or consulting models.

Position 2: Social Media and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our brandโ€™s online presence, drive campaign success, and create engaging content that builds community and generates leads.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the organizationโ€™s presence across social platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and manage content calendars with impactful and timely posts.
  • Engage audiences through messages, comments, and community-building efforts.
  • Analyze audience growth and campaign insights using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated on trends and adapt content to match brand voice.

Content Creation

  • Develop a wide range of content: posts, stories, carousels, blogs, videos, and newsletters.
  • Work with designers or independently create visuals using Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Generate content for digital ads, emails, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content formats and departments.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, social media ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Define campaign goals, audience targets, and key performance indicators.
  • Track and optimize campaign results for maximum impact.
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal teams as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 yearsโ€™ experience in content creation or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in visual and video tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO and content strategy.
  • Experience with:
    • Content tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite)
    • Scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
    • Analytics & Ad platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads)
